Transferring Files/Settings

When devices connect, the host will send a message to all connected devices to load the current file. If the file does not exist on a device, the file will be sent by the host. When a file is loaded on any device, all connected devices will be instructed to open the file. If the file does not exist on one of the devices, it will be sent the file by the device that loaded it. If the file is out of sync, it may be necessary to instigate a transfer of a file.
