iOS Remote Trouble Shooting

If experiencing problems establishing or maintaining a connection, try the following.

1. Ensure that WiFi and bluetooth are enabled in the settings AND Control Center on BOTH devices.
2. Disable Personal Hotspot feature in settings.
3. Disconnect from any WiFi networks.
4. Check network permissions. Go to the device's settings, scroll down to the app's settings. Enable the Local Network option.
5. Ensure that there is not too much distance between the devices.
6. Reset devices involved.
