If enabled, any prompter controls can be assigned to the mouse wheel's up and down directions individually.
If not enabled, only controls that have contrary prompter controls can be assigned to the wheel. For example, scroll change, speed change, next/previous markers, font size +/-.
If enabled, the mouse wheel will override the main text content's default scroll functionality and instead use the control assigned to the mouse wheel by the user.
If not enabled, the mouse wheel will control the main text content's vertical scrolling.
