iCue is a constant work in progress. New features are added regulary as they are made available by the technology and requested by users.
New feature requests are accommodated where possible and suggestions are always welcome.
Sometimes new features will have bugs that prevent the app from working as expected. If you encounter one of these bugs, here are some things you can do:
Check the list of known issues. This is updated when bugs are reported by users or found during further develoment. Often times these glitches have workarounds already.
If you have found a bug that is not mentioned in the Known Issues list. Please report the bug to support@sunshinevalleysystems.com
You can send an email to support from within the app by pressing Settings button, the Help button and the Email Support button. Instructions for providing feedback are included in the Email Support feature.
Please provide as much information as possible to help us determine what the problem is, such as what you were doing when it happened, how to repeat the problem and if possible files that were to cause the problem.
Please aslo include the type of device that you are using, the iOS version and the version of iCue that you are using.
