This document shows how to configure and use the timer feature. A timer can be used to keep track of time remaining, or time elapsed while using a script.
1. Show the Settings by pressing the Settings button.
2. Display the prompter settings by pressing the Prompter option.
3. Enable the Timer by turning the Timer switch to ON.
4. Choose which timer to use, Down or Up.
The Down option will count down from a specified time. The Up option will count up from zero.
5. If using the Down option, select the amount of time from which to count down.
6. Once the timer is configured, start the script to start the timer. The progress of the timer will be displayed in the title bar.
Note: The timer will continue even if the script is paused. Restarting the script will also restart the timer.
7. To start and stop the timer, press the Timer button in the titlebar. This button will only be available when the timer is in use.
8. To restart the timer from its starting time, double-tap the timer button in the titlebar.
Note: When using the timer to count down, the timer progress font will be displayed in red when there is less than one minute remaining. The background will turn red when the timer has expired. The timer will continue to count negative to indicate the amount of overtime.
