Learn how to upload and download files using FTP (File-Transfer-Protocol).
1. From the prompter, open the settings by pressing the Settings button.
2. Display the files by pressing the Files option. 
3. Open the file to share by selecting it from the list of files.
4. Press the Export Button to choose the file format to export. 
5. If you do not need to export a document, you can choose the Import Button to skip the next step.
6. Select the file format to use for exporting the file. 
Note: If not exporting a file, scroll down and select the FTP option. This will skip exporting a file and the FTP client will be displayed. The upload option will not be available.
7. Press the FTP option to open the FTP client. 
8. Enter the FTP URL in the FTP URL text field.
9. Enter the username and password for the FTP into the respective fields.
10. Press the Refresh button to load the specified directory 
11. Press the Upload button to upload the selected file to the FTP site. (This option is only available while exporting a file)
12. Tap a file in the list of files to download the file.
13. Tap a folder in the list to display the files within the folder.x
14. Use the Back button to return to the previous directory. 
15. Use the Forward button to return to the next directory. 
16. Use the Up button to load the directory outside of the current directory. 
17. Use the New Folder button to create a new directory in the current directory. 
18. Press the Done button when finished using the FTP client.
19. Press the Settings button to hide the settings.
