Document Saving
The Document Saving options determine how documents are saved. Each of these options will include an additional format of the file within the document package. This makes it possible to access conversions of the document from other sources.
Note: Each additional file format included in the document will increase the size of the document package. This is especially true for the text graphic option.
- Text Graphic: If enabled, a small graphic of the text content is saved within the document package.
- Text File: If enabled, a text file is saved in the document package.
- RTF File: If enabled, an rich text file is saved in the document package.
- HTML File: If enabled, an HTML file is saved in the document package.
- PDF File: If enabled, a PDF file is saved in the document package.
