Access Files Settings

1. Press the Setting button.
2. Select the Files menu.

Delete File

1. Select the file to delete from the list of files.
2. Press the ••• button to display more options (if not already visible).
3. Press the Delete button.
4. When prompted to delete the file, press the Yes button to remove the file.

or

1. Swipe right to left on a file in the list.
2. Choose the Delete option.

or

1. Tap and hold the file in the list.
2. Select the Delete option.

Delete Multiple Files

1. Press the ••• button to display more options (if not already visible).
2. Press the Mark button.
3. Mark the files to delete by selecting them in the list. A blue mark will appear next to each marked file.
4. Press the Delete button.
5. When prompted to delete the files, press the Yes button to remove all marked files.

Note: Once a file is deleted, it can not be recovered.

Removing Downloaded Files

When using iCloud, it is possible to remove the downloaded file from the device, without removing it from iCloud. This option is only available when using iCloud. When the download is removed, the file will still be visible in the list of documents with a download button.

Remove Downloaded File

1. Select the file to remove from the list of files.
2. Press the ••• button to display more options (if not already visible).
3. Press the Delete button.
4. When prompted to delete the file, press the Remove Download button to remove the file.

2. Choose the Remove Download option.

or

1. Tap and hold the file in the list to remove.
2. Select the Remove Download option.

Remove Multiple Files

1. Press the ••• button to display more options (if not already visible).
2. Press the Mark button.
3. Mark the files to remove by selecting them in the list. A blue mark will appear next to each marked file.
4. Press the Delete button.
5. When prompted to delete the files, press the Remove Download button to remove all marked file downloads.
