Text to Speech Presets

Any number of speech presets can be used to quickyl change between different speech configurations.

Access Speech Presets

  1. Press the Settings button.
  2. Select the Prompter option.
  3. Select the Text to Speech option.

Using a Preset

  1. Select a preset from the list of presets. The preset will be activated.

Adding a Preset

  1. Press the + button. A new preset will be created and selected as the current preset.

Duplicate Preset

  1. Press the Duplicate button to create a copy of the currently loaded preset.

or

  1. Tap and hold on a preset in the list to display the context menu.
  2. Select the Duplicate option.

Deleting Presets

  1. Press the Edit button to enter edit mode.
  2. Press the Remove icon and then the Delete button for the preset to remove.

or

  1. Swipe from right to left to display the Delete button.
  2. Press the Delete button to remove the preset.

or

  1. Tap and hold on a preset in the list to display the context menu.
  2. Select the Delete option.
Note: It is not possible to delete the last remaining preset.

Moving Presets

  1. Press the Edit button to enter edit mode.
  2. Use the tab on the right side of a preset to drag it to a new position in the list.

Changing Preset Names

  1. Press the Edit button to enter edit mode.
  2. Tap the name of the preset to change.
  3. Enter a new name for the preset.

or

  1. Tap and hold on a preset in the list to display the context menu.
  2. Select the Rename option.
