Access Files Settings

1. Show the settings.
2. Select the File menu.

Share Single File

1. Open the file to share.
2. Press the Share button.
3. Choose the file format to use for the file.
4. Choose the file sharing method.

Note: The available sharing options that are presented will vary based on file type and available sharing services on the device.

Save to Files

1. Choose the Save to Files option to display the system's file browser.
2. Choose a destination for the file from the list.
3. Press the Save button to save the file to the location.

Send to Another App

1. Display the file sharing methods as above.
2. Choose the app to send the file to.

Note: If an app does not appear in the list of file sharing methods, it is because the app doesn't support the file type being exported.

Print File

1. Display the file sharing methods as above.
2. Choose the Preview option.
3. Press the Share button.
4. Press the Print option.
5. Choose the printer and print options.
6. Press the Print button.

Note: Only text, RTF, PDF and HMTL files can be printed. Only one file at a time can be displayed in the preview and printed. If more than one file is marked, only the first file will be previewed.

Share Multiple Files

1. Display the File settings.
2. Press the ••• button to display more options at the bottom of the menu.
3. Press the Mark button.
4. Choose the files to share by selecting them from the list. A blue checkmark will appear next to the file.
5. Press the Share button and choose the file sharing method to use.

Note: Not all file sharing methods support sharing multiple files at a time.
