Setlist

A Setlist is a collection of files that can be arranged in a any order. The next file in the setlist can automatically be loaded and the setlist can be looped. Several prompter controls are available to make navigating setlists easy from any remote or controller.

Note: Setlists are an advanced feature and only available if Advanced Features are enabled.

Access Setlist

  1. Show the settings.
  2. Select the Files menu.
  3. Press the ••• button to show additional features at the bottom of the menu, if they are not already shown.
  4. Press the Setlist button.

Add Files to Setlist

  1. Press the + button.
  2. Select one or more files from the list of documents.

Rearranging Files

  1. Press the Edit button to enter edit mode.
  2. Use the tab on the right side of a file to move it to a new location in the list.

Remove Files from Setlist

  1. Press the Edit button to enter edit mode.
  2. Press the Remove icon for the file to remove.
  3. Press the Remove button.
Note: The file is only removed from the setlist, it is not removed from the device.

Change Setlist Title

  1. Tap the current title to enter a new one.
  2. Enter a new title.
  3. Press Return when finished.

Enable the Setlist

Set the Enabled switch to the ON position to use the setlist. Set to OFF to not use the setlist. When a setlist is enabled, the next file in the list will automatically get loaded when the currently loaded file reaches the end. It is not necessary to enable a setlist in order to use setlist prompter controls.

Looping the Setlist

Set the Loop switch to the ON position to restart the setlist at the first file when the last file reaches the end. Set to the OFF position to prevent looping.

Loading a File

Select a file in the setlist to load it into the prompter.

Controlling the Setlist

There are several prompter controls available for controlling the setlist that can be used in the various controllers and remote controls. Setlist prompter controls include the following:

Export Setlist

  1. Press the ••• to show additional setlist options.
  2. Choose the Export option.
  3. Optionally, enable the Archive Files option to create a zip archive with the setlist documents.
  4. Optionally, enable the Combine Files option to create a single file with the setlist documents. The file content for each of the files will be appended to a single document, preceded by the document's name.
  5. Select the file format to use for export.
  6. Select the file sharing feature to share the files.

Formatting All Files

All of the files in a setlist can be formatted at once, applying the same format changes across all documents in the setlist.

  1. Press the ••• to show additional setlist options.
  2. Press the Format All Files button.
  3. Make any style changes to the currently loaded document. A list of changes will be displayed at the top of the menu.
  4. Optionally, press the Copy File button to use the text format for the current file.
  5. When finished making changes, press the Applybutton to format all files in the setlist.
