File Tags

File Tags provide an additional way to organize files. Files can optionally be sorted by tags. Tags can be assigned to any file type. Tags are included in the metadata for files or folders and are the same tags used by Finder on macOS. Some file sharing services strip this metadata when hosting a file and the tags may be removed.
