If you discover a problem, have a feature request, or are unable to accomplish a task as outlined in the manual, you can email support for assistance.

When requesting support, please use the following guidelines. This will help us to address your needs in the most efficient manner.

  1. Indicate which app you are using.
  2. Outline what you are attempting to do and what you expect to happen.
  3. What is the sequence of touches that you use to cause the problem?
  4. Can you reliably repeat the problem?
  5. For some problems a screenshot can be useful to diagnose the problem. For more information on taking a screenshot, see Screenshots. The screenshots can then be attached to an email and sent to support.
