Inventories can be exported in CSV (comma separated value) files. CSV files are a common spreadsheet format that many apps can import and export.

An exported CSV file can be shared in a variety of ways depending on device capabilities, available apps and cloud service accounts. Some possible methods include printing, AirDrop, Google Drive, iCould, Dropbox, One Drive, Mail, Messages and other apps.

Inventories can be exported from the Inventory Settings or from the Inventory Counter List.

From Inventory Settings
  1. Open the settings for an inventory to share. See Inventory Settings.
  2. Press the Share button to share the inventory.
From the Inventory Counter List
  1. Open the Inventory Counter List for an inventory. See Counter List.
  2. Press the Share button to share the inventory.

Selecting Counter Properties

When a file is exported, counter properties can be selected to be included in the file.

  1. Select all counter properties to be included in the file. Properties displayed in the Enabled section will be included in the file.
  2. Move the properties as needed to determine the order of the columns in the file.
  3. Press the Done button to continue with exporting the file.

When an inventory is exported a preview of the file will be displayed.

  1. To continue exporting the inventory, press the Share button in the top corner.
  2. A list of export options will be displayed. The contents of this menu are dependent on the available apps and file sharing methods.
  3. Select the file sharing method to continue sharing the file.

Notes:

If the inventory was imported from an existing CSV file, the original column order is used. Any additional information from the original file will also be restored.

When using the iOS Remote, the hosting device will send all inventories and counters to devices that join the session. This provides a way to transfer all the details of the counters and inventories to another iOS device running All Counter than would be possible for CSV files.
