The Active Counter List displays the counters that are currently in use from any number of inventories. Each counter has a plus and minus button to add or subtract from the counter. A 3D touch on supported devices, or holding a touch on other devices will display a dialog to allow a custom value to be added to the counter. The counter name and count are displayed in the list, as well as an image if available. Tapping an item in the list will display the counter fullscreen. For more information, see Counter View.

Adding Counters to the Active Counter List

Note: If no inventories exist, one will need to be created. For more information, see Inventory List.

If no counters exist in an inventory, they will beed to be created. For more information, see Counter List.

Both inventories and counters can be created during the selection process.
  1. Press the Edit button to enter edit mode.
  2. Press the Add Counters option in the list.
  3. The Inventory List will be displayed.

Add All Counters from an Inventory

  1. Press the Add All button for the inventory.

Add All Counters from Several Inventories

  1. Press the Edit button to enter Edit mode.
  2. Mark the inventories to add by selecting them in the list.
  3. Press the Use Marked Button.

Add a Single Counter

  1. Select an inventory from the list to display the counters in the inventory.
  2. Select a single counter from the list.

Add Multiple Counters from an Inventory

  1. Select an inventory from the list to display its counters.
  2. Press the Edit button to enter edit mode.
  3. Mark the counters to add by selecting them in the list.
  4. Press the Use Marked button to activate the marked counters.

Removing Counters from the Active Counter List

When counters are removed from the Active Counter list, they are not deleted from the inventories they belong to. The counter is only removed from the currently active counters.

Removing a single counter:

Swipe from right to left to display the Delete button.

Removing multiple counters:

  1. Press the Edit button to enter edit mode.
  2. Mark the counters to remove by tapping them in the list.
  3. Press the Remove button to remove the marked counters.

Removing All Counters:

  1. Press the Edit button to enter edit mode.
  2. Press the Mark All button.
  3. Press the Remove button.

Rearranging Counters

  1. Press the Edit button to enter edit mode.
  2. Using the tab on the right of a counter, drag it to a new position in the list.

Change Counter Settings

  1. Press the Edit button to enter edit mode.
  2. Press the Settings button for the counter to change.
